The scroll is written in an ancient script attribute to the Magi and those who served them.

It's a rare mantra dedicated to ancient flying chariots made of blessed iron and gifted with the power of gods. The mantra contains detailed praying instructions that might persuade the air elementals to pull such a chariot as if they were horses.
