Gameplay[]
- Can be stolen from Gracius by Thief with Steal:[3] in Thief Starter Quest
- Can be taken from Gracius by Loremaster with Lore:[3] in Loremaster Starter Quest
- Can be found in Gracius's hands if you have Perception:[7] in Assassin Starter Quest, Thief Starter Quest, Drifter Starter Quest, Mercenary Starter Quest
- Can be found in Harran's Pass on the corpse of Bass if player sides with House Aurelian.
- Can be used in Library of Saross to get Surgical Kit. See the Godhood Ending.

Grooved Sphere cannot be obtained as a Praetor, Grifter and a Merchant (unless player joins House Aurelian later)
