Power tube A.K.A. module.
Ancient device for powering any ancient tool like power armor or Ghost Hand.
Source
Source of power tubes in game:
- Aurelian Outpost in Teron - 1
- Maadoran The Slums Well underground strongbox (lockpick:[4] needed + (Dexterity + Strength) check for access)- 2
- Maadoran Curio Trader - 1 (second buy "something special" option)
- Imperial guard at the Harran pass - 2 (maybe accesable only for IG(?))
- Power Armor quest reward - 1.
You must ask Caius Amerius for reward before you agree to help him return his home. After that you can find Power Armor and kill Marcus Valla.
- Old Facility location - 1. Near the door to the Hangar you find valve. You need bypass Per check for this power tube.
- Hellgate - 2.
Usage
Power tubes are usable in:
- Power Armor - 3
- Ghost Hand - 3 (? - maybe you can acquire charged one)
- Respirator - 1 (dialog when you inside Abyss Perception:[8] needed anyway or Feng instructions for loremasters for lower check)
- Bolter gun - 1
- Hangar control panel - 1
- Smelter in Mining Outpost - 2
