Current description cited below seems outdated.
It refers post of dev on 2015, but now on 2023 Strength helps Block,
and of course Constitution helps both Block and Dodge.
"Despite the mouse-over tip, the governing attribute is Constitution, not Strength. The developers changed this as it gave too much advantage to strength builds."
