Lore
You must have the Mechanical Eye and The Ghost Hand (activated) to interact with the Arch. You can go into the Arch and interact directly with the entity if you have Aegis of the Magi.

- If you let Esbenus alive, then he will appear here and charge you 1000 gold to let you see the arch. You can reduce the price to 500 with Trading. Also, if he is here, the Oracle will ignore you.
