The Rightful Owner

The Rightful Owner is one of the quests in The Age of Decadence.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Caius Amerius at Palace District
2. Talk to Marcus Valla at Merchants Plaza
3. Go to Ganezzar
4. Talk to Esdras at Ganezzar Temple District (near two other merchant stalls)
5. Kill the 5 Mercenaries to get the Power Armor or, alternatively, you can dress as a preacher and pass the following tests: [Streetwise + Impersonate = 14], then [Lore] or [Streetwise], and after [Persuasion + Streetwise]. If you fail the first check, you still can try [Lore + Persuasion = 12], and [Persuasion + Streetwise].
6. Return to Maadoran and talk to Marcus Valla

Marcus Valla can Exchange Power Armor for either:

• House
• 3000 imperials
• 20 lbs of Meteor Metal

Tips

• You can ask Caius Amerius for reward before you agree to help him return his home.

After that you can find Power Armor and kill Marcus Valla.
